Short Description:

Copper clad aluminum enameled wire is a new type of electromagnetic wire using copper clad aluminum material as the inner conductor. Its characteristics are between copper and aluminum. It combines the excellent conductivity of copper and the advantages of light weight of aluminum, which can greatly reduce the cost of electrical windings. The surface is entirely pure copper, and overcomes the shortcomings of aluminum that are easy to oxidize, corrode, and difficult to weld. High frequency coaxial applications, such RF antennas and cable television distribution cables, high quality coils, like the voice coils in headphones or portable loudspeakers, and power cables are some of these uses.
